Terms and Conditions for Fast & Curios

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fast & Curios ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Description of Service

Fast & curios is a mobile application that provides:

• Real-time GPS speed tracking
• Trip recording and analysis on-device
• Live location streaming to invited contacts via secure connections
• Driving statistics and history on-device

• In-app advertising through Google AdMob

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer subscriptions and in-app purchases ("Digital Purchases").

Subscription Terms

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• Any unused portion of a free trial period may be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• After the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled before renewal.

Pricing

Subscription prices and features may change at any time. Changes will not affect already-paid subscription periods.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are governed by Apple's policies.

User Accounts

Registration

• No registration required

Account Termination

• You may delete your local data at any time from the app settings

Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the App while actively driving (passengers only for live features)
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect the privacy of others when using streaming features

Prohibited Activities:

• Using the App to facilitate illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the App

Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Fast & Curios is designed as a passenger tool and informational service.

• Do not operate the App while driving, we have a countdown for you to initiate before you start driving.
• GPS speed may vary from vehicle speedometer
• We are not responsible for traffic violations or accidents
• The App should not replace safe driving practices

Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by Fast & Curios
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

Advertising

The App may display ads provided by Google AdMob. Ad availability, format, and personalisation may vary based on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's advertising policies. You agree not to manipulate, fraudulently interact with, or interfere with ads shown in the App.

Live Streaming Feature

User Responsibility

• You control who can view your live stream
• You are responsible for managing your viewer list
• Streams are not recorded or stored by us

Technical Limitations

• Streaming requires active internet connection
• Location accuracy depends on GPS signal quality
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Fast & Curios against any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hamburg, DE.
